why i can't add new cpu arch to ./configure ?

I want to add new cpu arch "loongarch64" so i updated "config.sub" and "config.guess" from https://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git (have included loongarch)

but the generated "configure" bash file don't have "loongarch"
