Hadrian: Warn if requested target is invalid for current invocation

At least twice by now I did silly things like run hadrian/build -o_foo _bar/stage0/bin/ghc

When passing foo as target build dir no target in bar should be valid. So maybe hadrian could warn me about stupidity like this in the future?
