Maintain a GHC survival guide (in the wiki)
We all know that maintaining a cross platform codebase isn't trivial, especially for something as big as GHC.
So recently, we discussed the state of GHC M1 specifically on IRC from an end-users point of view. There are a couple of rather prominent bugs that get linked frequently, such as:
Windows also has frequent caveats (max path issues, 9.2.2 mingw bug, etc.).
Some of these things made it into common knowledge, but I think it might be best to create a GHC wiki space for this that is primarily maintained by GHC devs, because they know best about the issues, scope of bugs, when something gets backported etc. I personally don't have the time to maintain such a wiki space, but I could certainly contribute.
The main scope of the wiki would be describing high severity bugs with large exposure with common workaround hints. E.g. platform bugs, bindist issues, even build system issues of the source tarballs. Rare GC bugs that cause problems in rare circumstances would be out of scope. It might also be a good place to talk about high level issues such as ABI.
The audience would be common end users, not so much GHC hackers.
