Please update config.{guess,sub} to support new architecture

Summary

The config.{guess,sub} files are obsolete, please update them so people can port ghc to new architecture.

By this commit, config recognizes LoongArch, if ghc update config.{guess,sub}, port ghc to LoongArch may be easy, thanks.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
