`-la` doesn't enable all event types

If you look at the implementation of read_trace_flags (https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/blob/master/rts/RtsFlags.c#L2335) you will see that -la doesn't in fact turn on all classes of events.

It seems to be missing nonmoving_gc and ticky.

I'd be happy to submit a fix.
