Drop `integer-gmp` package

Since GHC 9.0 the integer-gmp package is provided for backward compatibility only (the real work is done in ghc-bignum).

We should drop it at some point. Perhaps for the 9.6 release?

If someone is interested in maintaining it, that could be done independently of GHC.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
