Wiki: contributing

A GHC GitLab instance account holder's primary email is the default commit email.

I presume what's referred to possibly among others is the email appearing on patches.

This can be changed on the profile page Commit email section to a private email.

00001-username@users.gitlab.noreply.gitlab.haskell.org.

I think a bullet point might be added to the Wiki page's advice section informing of that option.

I'm not inclined to edit that page myself as others might be better qualified regarding a presentation of that information.
