getFileStatus does not include the file name in IO-Error
Hi.
When applied to a dangling symlink, then
System.Posix.Files.getFileStatus produces an IO-Error.
But it doesn't include the path of the symlink (to be
accessed with ioeGetFileName) in the exception.
