'Included libraries' part of the GHC 9.4.1, GHC 9.4.2 User's Guide is not complete

Summary

The GHC User's Guide for 9.4.1 omitted 'Included libraries' but that is included in the GHC User's Guide for 9.4.2. However, the list appears to be incomplete for GHC 9.4.1 (in part 2.2.9.1) and GHC 9.4.2 (in part 2.1.1.1).

In particular, the following are not listed (but are listed by ghc-pkg list on Windows and at https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/wikis/commentary/libraries/version-history - which covers up to GHC 9.4.1):

ghc-bignum-1.3
rts-1.0.2
system-css-std-lib-1.0 (this is mentioned in GHC 9.4.1 User's Guide: https://downloads.haskell.org/ghc/9.4.1/docs/users_guide/9.4.1-notes.html#packaging)

Proposed improvements or changes

Include a complete 'Included libraries' part to every released GHC User's Guide.
