CI: bootstrapping is only tested on 9.2.2 (not 9.2.4; not 9.4.1)

In #22342 (closed) I removed the outdated 9.0 test, but 9.4 should be added and 9.2 should be updated.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
