"Allow visible type applications in patterns" appears to not be documented in the changelog for 9.2

The feature, which judging by #11350 (closed) was released in 9.2, does not seem to be present in the changelog for 9.2.

Am I missing something?

If it is actually missing, should the changelog perhaps be amended?
