Info table pointers in eventlog IPE output aren't info table pointers

The refactoring in 866c736e introduced a rather subtle semantics change: the eventlog output no longer emitted info tables but rather "TNTC pointers" (which actually point to entry code when TNTC is enabled). This broke IPE profiling.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
