no ./boot script in 9.4.3 source tarball

I'm building ghc from sources but the ./boot script is missing in the 9.4.3 tarball (http://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/9.4.3/ghc-9.4.3-src.tar.xz)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
