Remove Windows 32-bit from Tier 1 platforms?

Location of documentation issue:
The above page mentions Windows 32-bit i386-unknown-mingw32 as Tier 1 platform. As per Tier 1 description:
Tier 1 platforms are our top priority. We only release GHC when they all work.
However, GHC dropped support for Windows 32-bit a few years ago:
There're other GHC issues asking about the state of the Windows 32-bit support but it looks like they can be answered and closed as well because GHC doesn't support these distributions anymore:
