Admin access to Mac runners for DevOps

I don't have admin access to our Darwin runners, which limits my ability to fix problems.

  1. I have access to simspace-{alpha..epsilon} as the user haskell-ci, but that user does not have passwordless sudo, and I don't have a password.
  2. I do not have any shell access at all to the zw3rk darwin-* runners.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
