Segmentation fault building package on alpine.

Summary

Building the package wai-app-static causes a segmentation fault. It is possibly related to zlib, see https://github.com/haskell/zlib/issues/54

Steps to reproduce

Using GHC 9.4.4 and cabal installed with ghcup,

cabal install wai-app-static

will report:

cabal: Failed to build wai-app-static-3.1.7.4 (which is required by exe:warp
from wai-app-static-3.1.7.4). The build process segfaulted (i.e. SIGSEGV).
