Centos7 build fails due to RTS -Werror

94f00e9b has caused all nightly pipelines to fail since being merged because the Centos7 job now fails as follows.

This is blocking nightly releases being produced.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
