Version calculated in Setup.hs for ghc-boot is incorrect

The version information calculated in the Setup.hs for ghc-boot just copies the version information for the boot compiler. This leads to a quite broken library whenever you start trying to load interface files even if you point it to the right libdir.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
