Nightly freebsd jobs are stuck due to runner issue

Right now there are two FreeBSD runners. Both are paused. One has run zero jobs. The other has run 30 jobs, all of which failed.

Now that both runners are paused, each nightly run waits the full 5 hours before GitLab finally gives up on the job.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
