Which one is the canonical home of hsc2hs?

There are two source trees at https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/?filter=hsc2hs:

• https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/hsc2hs (14 branches, 8 tags),
• https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/packages/hsc2hs (1 branch called ghc-9.8, 0 tags).

Which one is the canonical home mirror? Could another one please be deleted to avoid confusion?
