Add Word64/Int64ToFloat/Double primops
To fix #23907 (closed) on 32-bit architectures we would need Word64ToFloat, Word64ToDouble, etc.
I'm opening this ticket to refer to it from the expect_broken predicate in the testsuite.
Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template
