Bad link in the user guide

The correct link seems to be: https://ghc.gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/doc/libraries/base-4.19.0.0-inplace/GHC-Records.html

ie, base-4.19... instead of base-base-4.19....

Maybe all links to base are broken like this?
