Allocation variations in MultiLayerModulesTH_Make

Recent upgrades in the darwin runners resulted in the MultiLayerModulesTH_Make metrics varying in a way that breaks CI.

@mpickering is investigating the divergencies, but, in the meantime, we are going to disable the test on darwin to unblock CI.
