The GHC Steering Commitee has accepted a proposal to define GHC2024 as GHC2021 plus
- DataKinds
- DerivingStrategies
- DisambiguateRecordFields
- ExplicitNamespaces
- GADTs (and the implied MonoLocalBinds)
- LambdaCase
- RoleAnnotations
I believe the hope is that this will make it into GHC-9.10.
