Changelog for base-4.16 is missing mention of Generic instances for large tuples

In base 4.16, new Generic and Generic1 instances were added for large tuples:

But I see no mention of these in the changelog: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/base/changelog#41600-nov-2021

I encountered this while trying to update the accelerate package to GHC 9.6.
