Improve hadrian progress reporting

Summary

Hadrian via shake reports a progress message in the Titel along the lines of "Running for ..."

While cute it's not very helpful and in particular I sometimes find it unhelpful when multiple builds are running at the same time and I try to distinguish between them.

I suggest we change it to "hadrian: Running for ..." which should make it easier to distinguish between multiple running builds.
