Non-ASCII character in Parser.y breaks VSCode+HLS

Perhaps it's really an indication for a deeper issue: All non-ASCII characters in Parser.y use a unicode escape sequence, except one, which seems to have been left in by accident. This breaks my HLS/VSCode setup.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
