TH tests do not work in the testsuite when using a profiled dynamic compiler

Using a profiled dynamic compiler, all the TH tests will fail since the object files will be compiled for the wrong way.

Easy to fix.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
