Windows binary distribution pops up README.TXT for the source distribution
When the Windows installer finishes, it offers to show you a README. The first sentence of this is "This is the source tree for GHC,..." and it goes on to discuss how to get the source and build it. This is a bit confusing for a binary distribution.
I'd suggest leaving it out altogether if no alternative readme targetted at binary distributions exists. This is with 6.10.1 RC1 (http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/stable/dist/6.10.1-rc-1/ghc-6.10.0.20081007-i386-unknown-mingw32.exe)
