libHSffi_p.a should not be created when profiled libs are disabled
When building ghc-6.11 without profiling libHSffi_p.a is still created. I guess it need not be.
Attaching a small patch to fix that.
ps IMHO it would would be nice to have a configure switch to turn off profiling (--disable-profiling?).
