`show BlockedIndefinitely` should not equal `show BlockedOnDeadMVar`
show BlockedIndefinitely and show BlockedOnDeadMVar should, IMO, evaluate to inequal strings that reflect the difference in cause of the exception. Them being equal is confusing for programmers trying to find the source of their crashes when the exception is printed to console.
