GHC panics on a crazy type signature

x :: [Enum a => (forall a. Num a => a)]
x = []

I have NO idea what that would mean or whatever it makes sense at all, but it fails with:

: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
    (GHC version 6.10.4 for i386-unknown-mingw32):
        TcTyFuns.flattenType: unexpected PredType

And it said I should report it. :)
