Test dph-smvm fails due to moved data definition

Compile failed (status 256) errors were:

Main.hs:26:32: Not in scope: type constructor or class `U.:*:'

where U is the alias under which Data.Array.Parallel.Unlifted is imported. No a :*: b defined there anymore.
