INLINE non-existant symbol gets a panic

The directive
{- INLINE blarg -}
when no such blarg is defined yields a panic:
panic! (the `impossible' happened):
	lookupBndrRn MyModule blarg

P.S. is there a way of indicating that a bug report has low priority?
