Scale columns in CCS profiling report to their contents
If you have long identifiers or module names, they overflow the fixed-size columns in the cost-centre-stack report produced by -prof. This makes it extremely hard to read the report because it is no longer formatted in nice columns.
The attached patch scales those columns to their contents so everything lines up nicely no matter how long your names are.
