HEAD: panic addTickHsCmd for T3822

After the fix to #5045 (closed), the panic in T3822 (hpc) moved from addTickHsExpr to addTickHsCmd:

Missing cases there too?

T3822(ghci) fails with

attempting to use module `Main' (T3822.hs) which is not loaded

That may be related.
