Instructions for Win98/ME
FYI: In Win98/ME you can set environment variables by
running msconfig; this pulls up the same interface you
get in Win2k/NT by clicking Control
Panel/System/Advanced. (The instructions says that
you need to hack AUTOEXEC.BAT; this is an easier way.)
