Make interruptProcessGroupOf interrupt the current process group
Make interruptProcessGroupOf interrupt the current process group of the target process under POSIX, instead of assuming the argument is the lead process. This requires the new API getProcessGroupIDOf in the unix library. (See #3994 (closed) for more information for interruptProcessGroupOf and #5167 (closed) for getProcessGroupIDOf.)
