TEST_HC needs to be quoted in plugins/Makefile
plugins01 fails with
gmake[2]: /home/dafis/GHC/hack/bindisttest/install: Kommando nicht gefunden
gmake[2]: *** [plugins01] Fehler 127due to the space in install dir, TEST_HC needs to be quoted (as it recently was in plugins/simple-plugin/Makefile).
