HEAD: biographical profiling totally broken

With a fully optimised build of HEAD (7.3.20110901), -hb profiling results in

T3001: internal error: Invalid object in processHeapClosureForDead(): 2131671296

(program name and object number vary of course). T3001-2 hangs with

--- SIGVTALRM (Virtual timer expired) @ 0 (0) ---
rt_sigreturn(0) = 140414542696416

when compiled with auto-all, but produces the same internal error when compiled with -auto.

Profiling -hc, -hd, -hy, -hr, -P works apparently.
