Remove ccall and casm support from GHC.
The _ccall_ feature has been subsumed by the new FFI, and is deprecated.
The _casm_ feature is non-portable, and the new FFI (in conjunction with tools such as hsc2hs) provide a superset of its functionality.
Both of these features should be removed, once the libraries have been updated to use the FFI.
