x86_64 tarball of ghc 6.4.1 for Linux contains broken symbolic links

The tarball at http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/6.4.1/ghc-6.4.1-x86_64-unknown-linux.tar.bz2 contains broken symbolic links, and therefore ghc cannot be run:
