Allow 'default' declarations within GHCi
GHCi currently doesn't support 'default' declarations, and #4929 (closed) somehow missed it (or perhaps it was intentionally not implemented?)
Nonetheless, the addition turned out to be seemingly straightforward. Patch attached.
