Revert "base: Expose Backtraces constructor and fields"

Hannes Siebenhandl requested to merge wip/fendor/dont-expose-backtraces-fields into master

As discussed in https://github.com/haskell/core-libraries-committee/issues/348, the CLC argues that the internals of Backtraces are not supposed to be exposed from base as it is subject to change and highly subjective what we actually store in there.
