Hadrian: fix ghc-internal .def file name

In !16082 (closed) a last minute change turned out to be incorrect. The desired transformation is e.g.

  • libHSghc-internal-9.1500.0-inplace-ghc9.15.20260529.dll.a -> libHSghc-internal-9.1500.0-inplace-ghc9.15.20260529.def

But the change to dropExtentions resulted in this transformation:

  • libHSghc-internal-9.1500.0-inplace-ghc9.15.20260529.dll.a -> libHSghc-internal-9.1500.0-inplace-ghc9.def

The solution is to simply use dropExtention twice. This bug didn't surface in CI because it only happens when dynamic lining on windows, which currently only happens on experimental branches of GHC.
