Various improvements to junit output, most importantly showing diff outputs in the gitlab summary

1. keep the real failure reason for fragile test failures while still marking it as fragile
2. always have a message in the junit output so that we don't reach an ugly fallback path in junit rendering in gitlab
3. Pass the diff through so that gitlab shows us the actual diff of the failing test instead of just the stderr/stdout.
