Various fixes for "Entered absent arg"

  • #27627 (closed) - mkAbsentFiller makes absentError fillers for unary-class dictionaries
  • #27703 (closed) - "Entered absent arg" due to specialiser not considering the stable unfolding
  • #27704 (closed) - isTerminatingType returns True for abstract classes, resulting in speculative evaluation of bottom
  • #27717 (closed) - -fspec-eval-dictfun can speculate bottoms if you hide them within a module loop
