Get rid of wildcard patterns in prim Cmm emitting code

This way, we can be sure we don't miss a case. Without this, I was very afraid of adding more primops.

• are either individually buildable or squashed
• have commit messages which describe what they do (referring to Notes and tickets using #NNNN syntax when appropriate)
