TestEquality instance for Compose

Langston Barrett requested to merge langston/ghc:testequality-compose into master

I was looking for this instance in base and couldn't find it. There might be a good reason for that, but in case there isn't, here it is!

Two notes:

  • Is the version number right? I just based it on what's on Hackage
  • I didn't take the time to set up a GHC build locally, I'm hoping CI will tell me if this doesn't compile for some reason.
