Without the type family, this compiles on GHC 7.8. We thus desperately want the type family to compile with our extension. But it won't, if all type instance constraints must be declared. So we make an exception for equalities brought into scope by a GADT pattern-match. Should be easy enough to implement and specify.

- A redditor suggested replacing `*` with `type`. Note that `type` is lowercase! I think this is a good idea. Replacing `*` with something gets strong support on reddit. See the [ page of interest](https://www.reddit.com/r/haskell/comments/3hlck0/planned_change_to_ghc_merging_types_and_kinds/).

- It was also pointed out that `StarInStar` is wrong. Because `* :: *` is always true but the ability to use this, in some scenarios, is limited. It was suggested to use `KindTypes`, but I find that extension name totally opaque. |
